Vivation Training

Your Path to Complete Emotional Autonomy

Overview

Imagine learning a a practice that leads to complete autonomy, no more gurus, teachers, studios, etc. This is my mission with vivation, to help every participant move toward clearing their own emotional states, healing their own traumas, and empowering their own lives.

Vivation is this path I am describing. It is known as the science of happiness, and through. a few simple lessons, you will have everything you need to come back to a state of bliss and joy at any moment.

Let me explain a bit more about what the course will look like.

Vivation day 1:

Here we cover what are known as the three points to remember. Think of them as 3 guiding principles that can assist you in joyfully entering into the present moment, the only time/place where healing can take place.

These points are:

Explore the subtle changes:

Vivation is much more than a breath work modality. In fact, vivation is more of an embodiment modality that uses breath as a tool to get in touch with the body in a very deep way. This first principle takes us into the body by exploring our feelings and sensations moment by moment.

Breathe into the strongest feeling:

The second point is where the breath becomes essential. When we breathe into a feeling or sensation within the body, we are able to open that feeling and really get in touch with what is present. The breath also has the ability to enliven the body with strong energetic currents that are enjoyable and pleasant to experience.

Enjoy the moment as much as possible:

When we have encountered a feeling in the body and opened it with the breath, we then allow natural joy to enter the moment. This joy comes from the fact that under every negative feeling there is always at least 1% of joy. We dont have to imagine to try to make joy out of negativity. instead, we can tap into the joy that is already present, amplified by the breathing practice.

Vivation Day 2-3:

The following 2 days will be divided into 6 - 2 hour blocks with each block containing a lesson on one of the 5 elements of vivation and a guided experience.

The elements of vivation are like the backbone of the practice and are critical to the understanding of how vivation works to resolve negativity and old patterns of energy.

The 5 elements of vivation are:

1- Circular breathing:

Also known as conscious connected breathing, this element teaches the importance of the breath in healing. circular breathing is any type of breathing pattern that has no holding between breaths, has a relaxed exhale, and active inhale. Circular breathing has been shown in many studies to decrease anxiety, depression, stress, and a number of other ailments, while increasing the overall energy and natural endorphines in the body.

2- Complete relaxation

As we relax with each exhale, we are able to go deeper and deeper into ourselves and really begin to explore the subtle changes taking place moment by moment. This deep relaxation that naturally takes place allows for deep healing and sets the stage for integration of negative emotions to take place. By relaxing into the sensations of the body, you allow for negative feelings  and patterns to bubble up and be transformed.  â€‹

3- Awareness in detail

Body awareness is a critical aspect of most healing modalities. This is because, negative emotions, feelings, and patterns of energy are stored in the physical body. By becoming more aware of the feelings of the body, while relaxing into the sensations and enjoying the moment, we are sending signals to the brain that our experiences of life are not inherently bad or wrong. In fact, if we can feel the body in such great detail, we find that even the worst feelings of anxiety, fear, anger, etc. have at their core some degree of enjoyment.

4- Integration into ecstasy

When we are able to tap into the inherent joy while experiencing something that we have labeld as unpleasant, a transformation takes place and and the brain stops seeing the experience as wrong and accepts it fully as a lived expereince which releases the joy that is already present in any given moment. Ecstasy is a state of complete acceptance. Not a passive resignation of negative experiences, but a acknowledgement that the pain and suffering that takes place is not taking place in the present moment but in a past moment we are still living. When we are able to integrate negativing, we simply relase the pain and suffering and open to the present moment which is filled with peace, love, and joy

5- Willingness

Willingness is simply the gentle effort we take to do the work. There is no right or wrong way of viving. we simply breath, feel, relax, and allow for the integration to take place on its own. we simply need to be willing for the practice to unfold.
