Breath of Life
Meditation Monday Drop-in

Everything in my training as a wellness coach and spiritual healer has led to acknowledging the connection between spirit and breath. Breath is the means whereby spirit (divine energy) may manifest in a physical form (through the body). By developing an intimate relationship with the breath, we are more clearly able to see divinity in every moment, and use that divine energy (spirit) to manifest the truest, deepest desires of our hearts, thus changing our very nature to align more with divinity itself. 

 

Join me and others each Monday morning at 10am for 45

minutes of guided meditation and breath work. This drop-in class will be offered in my home in east provo. You will need to register for the class in order to get the address. If you have been to my home before, you may text to let me know you're coming. I have limited space so i need to know beforehand how many will be participating. 

Each session will follow a siimilar format as listed below

Introductions and greetings

Short dharma talk (lesson on a particular concept of mindfulnes/breathwork)

20-30 minute practice. This will be guided with up to 15 minutes in silent meditation to practice the concepts without interruptions

Share. At the close of each session, each individual will have the opportunity to share any part of their experience or to ask questions about the practice. This is NOT mandatory and is only given as an opportunity.

My home in east Provo. The address is given upon registration

Recommended contribution:

There is no required fee to attend these sessions, but I ask you consider the pay-it-forward model. If you are able, please consider a contribution of between$5 and $15 and know that you are assisting someone who may need assistance. If you are not able to contribute, please know that someone has contributed on your behalf, so say thank you to the universe and enjoy the session.
