What is Vivation?
Vivation Breathwork is a type of conscious breathing technique designed to promote emotional and physical healing. Overview:
Duration: This training is designed to guide you step-by-step. with 14 hours of instruction and guided practice over 4 days, your are sure to walk away with everything needed to begin a transformative journey. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in breathwork, this course will empower you to take control of your mental and emotional energy and give you the autonomy to live your life as you want to live it.

Friday (Dec.13) 6-8pm
Saturday (Dec.14) 10am-12pm, 1-3pm, 4-6pm
Sunday (Dec.15) 1-3pm, 4-6pm
Monday (Dec.16) 6-8pm

All sessions are part of the training. The purpose of the breaks in between are to rest and integrate emotional energy that may arise during the session. During breaks, participants are encouraged to journal, take a walk, get something to eat, etc. The final duration of the breaks will depend on the group dynamic and needs.
