At Tree Streets Healing, I strive to provide classes and events that are relevant, enjoyable, and that anyone can do with a bit of dedication and practice. I also don't teach or lead events that I don't personally use on a regular basis as part of my own journey.

Finding Presence

Finding Presence is a 10-week course in mindful living. We touch on all parts of your being and give practices that are meant to help develop the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies helping you to become more aware, more connected, and more complete. The course comes with a 200+ page practice book with daily mindulness and meditation practices that you can use deepen your journey.

Come enjoy the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, flutes, and various other instruments while under the power and majesty of the full moon's energy.

New Moon Cacao Ceremony

The new moon is alll about beginnings, new starts, and re-birth; a perfect time to set intentions and vow to live a more fullfilling, joy-filled life. Cacao is the complimentary medicine of the heart that aids in healing, awakening, and opening to love, kindness, and compassion toward self and others. Join us in these monthly sessions and know that all of the intentions you set will be based in love.

Yoga Nidra Facilitator Course

Become a certified yoga nidra facilitator in this 20 hour yoga alliance sanctioned course. Here you will learn all that you need to successfully and confidently lead yoga nidra sessions or simply understand at a deeper level what yoga nidra is and how it works to relax the body, mind, and spirit.

Conscious Breathing Yoga Nidra

I have combined two of my favorite practices into one for ultimate relaxation and deep healing. Yoga Nidra guides you into relaxation and helps awaken the sankalpa shakti or power of intention, while conscious breathing awakens the energy body to clear blockages, old patterns, outdated beliefs, trauma imprints, and anything else preventing your intentions from manifesting fully. Classes are held at 3b Yoga in Provo. I'll see you there.

Capitol Reef Mindfulness Retreat (UVU)

Come enjoy a two night mindfulness and meditation experience at the Capitol Reef Field Station. Enjoy gentle yoga, multiple mindful practices, sound baths, star gazing, and deeper connections with nature and the self. Registration and information is found through UVU Community Education. The next session is April 4-6, 2024. Registration in not quite open so check back frequently as this event fills quickly.
