Yoga Nidra is an ancient form of deep meditation where participants lets go on all levels to find true relaxation and ultimate healing. In these free sessions, I focus on healing and balancing each of the 7 chakras as you create a powerful sankalpa or intention for your personal growth and healing. 

Yoga Nidra is done lying down on the floor, bed, couch, or sitting in a chair; comfortable but alert. In Yoga Nidra, you strive to remain alert and attentive throughout, while the body drifts into sleep. It is deeply relaxing and refreshing when this can happen. To achieve the deep rest, I ask that you enter yoga nidra with no expectations of what will happen. Let go of your preconceived ideas and let yourself EXPERIENCE the yogic sleep without labels, analysis, judgement, or criticism.


Remember, this is a practice! so be kind to yourself and open to healing.
