Using a continuous, circular breath pattern and present-moment awareness, Vivation allows you to feel deeply, without needing to fix or fight anything. It’s a process of integration, not suppression.

This training is designed to guide you step-by-step. With 16 hours of direct instruction and guided practice over 3 days, your are sure to walk away with everything needed to begin a truly transformative journey. Whether you are a beginner or experienced in breathwork, this course will empower you to take control of your mental and emotional energy and give you the autonomy to live your life as you want to live it.
